Defective/Incorrect Items Sent
Defective/Incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. If you believe you have received a defective/incorrect item, please email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your package, including your order number, so that we may resolve the issue.
If you are approved, we will send you the correct item, or you may exchange your item with another item if original item is out of stock. Again, there is no a refund policy.
